After Sasuke's fight with Itachi Sasuke lost his CM and therefore became weaker, however he gained a new source of power, MS.
Since awakening MS every time Sasuke undergoes intense emotion his body responds by increasing his chakra reserves greatly and this growth is indicated by the growth of his Susanoo.
Without receiving any special chakra at first this is all that Sasuke could muster. He even stated that after using Susanoo for about a couple minutes he was already feeling out of chakra and feeling backlash from the jutsu.
This gives us a clear indication of Sasuke's strength at that time.

Because of Sasuke's surge in chakra he became able to utilize a stronger version of Susanoo for a much longer period of time, even utilizing chidori and summonings afterward. This is a very notable chakra increase.[/SPOILER]

And if the transformation of the last Susanoo meant a great power increase then so does this one. Though this version of Susanoo disappeared almost instantly after being summoned this vast increase in chakra could have been what Naruto sensed when Naruto stated that at his current power level he could not beat Sasuke. Undoubtedly Sasuke's chakra has increased since obtaining EMS and his next power increase is Perfect Susanoo.
PS is said to be equal to the bijuu that could mean that phrased in terms of chakra. This means that when Sasuke achieves PS his chakra will probably increase to Bijuu level.
