He will not get the forehead eye. To unlock it he needs to have two (Purple) Rinnegan plus absorb the juubi/fruit of the tree.

He's been given a 6-Tomoe Sharingan (Juubi Rinnegan minus two tomoes).

That's the most he is getting.

Plus he would look a bit weird with a forehead v*gina.

That's too OP, he can't even react to Sasuke's teleport...he'll literally have every element and everything just because of that eye and I think he'll awaken the forehead eye after he gets the other actual forehead eye as his normal eye.

Then get an entirely different doujutsu.
As you can see the pattern.

Madara has two regular rinnegans as his normal eyes.
Kaguya has two normal byakugans as her regular eyes.
Sasuke will have two sharinnegans as his regular eyes and a entirely different forehead eye.
