Hey look, a stupid person.
Lets take at some of Sasuke's goals.
1) Avenge his clan. Keyword here, clan.. not exactly pertaining to himself, but the family that he felt was wrongly murdered. Him avenging his clan to kill their murderer might not exactly be selfish but the way he went about it was. Which was betraying his village and using Orochimaru for his powers to further his own goals.
2) Kill Konoha's elders to avenge the wrong doing of his brother. Keyword here, brother. That was his delusion that he was doing what Itachi wanted. And he also was going to kill everyone including children and villagers because of it which is selfish.
3) Play a role in defeating Obito, Madara, and Kaguya, so the shinobi world won't be turned into mindless zombies. Keyword(s) here, shinobi world. Not because he cared about them, but to further his own goals.
4) Change the shinobi system so no one has to undergo what Sasuke went through ever again. Keyword(s) no one. As in, he's not just benefiting himself here. His way of accomplishing it is selfish since it requires him to kill loved ones and start a revolution which is pratically the equavilent of a war.
Sasuke always has something(s) or someone else to drive his goal. He's actually the epitome of selfless.
