Sasuke's fire style jutsu

Havent logged on in along time nothing to say i guess but i was think and watching naruto episodes at the same time and i keep seeing Sasuke using his fire style jutsu and nothing happening now just think about this for a sec guys.

Look at Sasuke fighting Temari a wind style ninja he blasted her with a with a huge fireball jutsu and she just shot him with a wind style move and she didnt even look hurt or burned.

Naruto vs Saskue that was a good fight but when Naruto was tied to a rock and blasted him with a DRAGON FLAME JUTSU he was unharmed again like nothing ever happend EXACT same thing with ourochimaru but he atleast had PART of his fake face burned of not even the whole thing and nothing else.

now i can see why his fire style chakra didnt hurt gara but all the rest of this no.
