I think the hokages' words will have a positive affect on Sasuke. Hashirama seems to be a very gentle (But strict) type of person. I'd say he reminds me of a mature Naruto. From the way it seems, the manga shows that Hashirama went through everything to save Madara, but in the end he could not bring himself to kill his only brother alive nor himself. So Madara never trusted him. But I dont even know why Madara sought revenge against the leaf, his brother died in battle (so it appears) He wasnt murdered, he was killed by war & war never changes.

But as I was saying, I dont think Sasuke is evil. An arrogant bastard maybe, but not evil. He only wanted to destroy the leaf because they made is own brother murder his clan. That would make me want revenge too. But he isnt like Oro (Oro didnt become Hokage so his feelings got hurt & other stuff about his studies, you know the story). So Sasuke wont might not take revenge on the leaf, but Tobi, not Madara, Just Tobi. He'd still be a criminal though, so Naruto will still fight him, not even to bring him back, but because he wants to better understand him (through fists)

BUT i could be wrong. The hokages' words could make him even more angry & not only does he want to kill Tobi, but the leaf, sand cloud & everyone else who's not uchiha. Not likely, but Like i said, he has too much pride in his clan.

If Sasuke really wanted to destroy the village he would have already. Nobody except for chuunin and a select group of jonin are there.

I think Itachi's words and honesty, along with Hashirama's, will sway him to the alliance... Until Madara mind rapes him, like he did Obito.
