Even without MS and above, Sasuke has the most diverse arsenal in the entire manga.

Sasuke's arsenal is quite impressive and unique unlike Naruto's standard Kage bushin and 20 different rasengans.

Those 20 different Rasangans are an NB mirage. It's basically the same Rasangan, only differently sized and / or different Bijuu Chakra added. So, it's the same thing 20 times over.

i havnt seen sasuke use the rinnegan even close to what nagato is able to do so was this shown in the movie or somewhere else

Sasuke at VOTE2 was on par with Hagoromo, while Nagato pales in comparison..

neither sasuke or nagato are able to pull off what the sage did with his chibaku tensei wtf... it took sasuke and naruto using the tech to in order for them to reach that level

those "9 different types of Raiton Release" were virtually all used to stab something, and those "3 different types of Katon" all served to burn something. Using "diverse" in the context you're trying to use it in would imply that all of them served completely different purposes from each other. Lumping this or that elemental release jutsu together into categories hardly means his arsenal sans MS+ dojutsu was that diverse
