I always thought sasuke's eyes are sasuke's eyes due to fan logic, so I looked into what manga said about it

Here itachi calling sasuke's eyes as sasuke's eyes

But here itachi is calling sasuke's eyes as itachi's spare eyes

We also know obito calling kakashi's kamui as borrowed eye
If we look into it, we see there's a very big difference between two cases.
