Madera can deactivate his Rinnegan, so why can't Sasuke?

No, Sasuke left eye is permanent.

I think its a reverse izanagi and izanami.

Instead of using and losing, he uses and keeps the eye forever.

I mean there's so much that makes this movie canon, and his eye is one of them.
