If you look closely enough Sasuke's left eye look different. There is an odd shape to the pupil.

It almost looks like his eternal mangekyo design is in it, but I can't tell.

That defiantly doesn't look like a normal shadow though.

It is a tomoe that is increasing the size of the pupil itself. It still has 6 tomoe, and you are seeing the bottom tomoe and the pupil together. This is why it looks triangle shaped in the picture.

It's still the same. The pupil and the tomoe at the top were drawn close together.

Sasuke's head looks tall though. It's kinda weird.

The innermost ring of the rinnegan is darker than the rest of the rings. The tomoe on the perimeter made it look less circular.
