I think his eye is the true rinnegan.

Normally like Nagato, Pain and Madara, you can only use paths separately.

Sasuke's eye has 6 tomoe = all 6 paths at once!

Nothing suggests that Sasuke can use any of them. And Nagato only didn't use that creepy reviving, just because there was no need for it. He did use gravity manipulations, summons, tried to drain Naruto's soul, aditional arms, ninjutsu absorbing.

He's shown 5 actually: gravity manipulation (repelled a boulder, Chibaku Tensei), summoning (bird and dog), aditional arms (held Naruto with them) and he tried to drain Naruto's soul while holding him, and ninjutsu absorbing (he has absorbed Bee's chakra and then became more young-looking). He only didn't use the reviving thing because there was nothing to revive, so your point here is not only wrong, but also lame and useless.

Incorrect. I am talking at a single particular instance. He used Naraka for Naruto's soul, Human for soul rip, and Ashura for the tentacles on Bee. What you are speaking of isn't at a particular instance, as you previously claimed.

It has 9 tomoe. I think that Sasuke's Rinnengan is the True power of Indra who's power are his eyes. The sharingan is strengthened by senju DNA, but the Rinnengan is formed by the achieving the power of (Yang) Ashura and (Yin) Indra and therefore creating the power of (balance) Hagoromo.

I think that when an Indra reaches EMS by achieving Yang power (senju DNA) that is not Ashura's it allows the eyes to maintain Indra's strength and simply evolves the eye into the tomoe Rinnengan. In other words I believe that the tomoe Rinnengan is the true evolution of the sharingan

As for its abilities the tomoe rinnengan may have 9 paths instead of 6 to coincide with the 9 tomoe

No, I am pointing out your argument is hyperbolising for no reason. He can't and hasn't shown to, no need to give Nagato more feats than he already has. The point is Sasuke being able to in OP (not agreeing, disagreeing) and Nagato not.

Wut. The OP is theorising this, he is not saying it as a fact, hence I have no reason to dispute as it is plausible. You are trying to downplay this possibility by saying Nagato already has such feats, when he does not. Ignorance is bliss. Btw, Nagato is my favourite character so me being a Sasuke fapboy is already a stupendous assumption in itself.
