Look at Sasukes eyes, one is normal sharingang, the other is rinnengan+ sharingan.

Did kishi this on propose or it's just a failure?

Definitely did it on purpose. We don't exactly know what it is yet or its powers. Madara thinks its the rinnegan but obviously it looks more like Juubi's eye and Kaguya's forehead. It may have some rinnegan powers but Im hoping for some new ones.

Something strange about this :-

1) Sasuke's EMS is actually Itachi's eyes.

2) Itachi casted Tsukuyomi from his Left MS.

3) Sauske awakened Juubi Eye in his Left EMS or Itachi's eye which casted Tsukuyomi.

4) It is hinted that the Juubi eye (Sharingan+Rinnegan) can cast Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Coincidence ?

The reason kishi did that most likely because sasuke woke up to this without warming up at all. He's in neutral condition. He has not awaken his power yet. Just like when he first got to VoTe
