Kishimoto can't implement every trick up the character's sleeve into 3 chapters worth of fighting. It was good enough that we saw the Kyuubi Avatar clashing against the PS and we got to see Indra's arrow clashing with the Dual RS. What more do you want?
I want alot more what kinda question is that lol. I want to see them start at base and work their way up. I want a legit fight where they use their heads and full arsenal.

If you wanted a fight like that then refer to Vote 1. They worked there way up there. They started knocking each in base then Naruto pulled out his Tailed Beast Mode and Sasuke went from using 2T to the 3T and used the Curse Stage 2. It was jam packed with full arsenal and shit. VOTE 2 was rushed due to the fact that Kaguya a shitty villain was introduced outta nowhere right in the middle and decided to pop up out of Madara 20 or 21 chapters before it was over. Based off of this decision you can see how the quality of this fight would be but nonetheless VOTE 2 was a good fight because you at least got to see their strongest forms. What I expected Naruto to use in VOTE 2 was his Bijuu RS that he used against Kaguya. Even PP can't absorb that shit but Susanoo might tank it.
