In a interview Kishimoto said that someone is going to be blind... and later on on Facebook i saw a image when Naruto is talking with Sasuke in Hospital and Sakura is looking into the room...

-I think Sasuke is the one who's the one getting blind...

The war rages on and shinobis are fighting... Sasuke and kages + Orochimaru and they group finally has come to the war.
Sasuke helps Naruto to defeat them... A tail or whatever is whiping Naruto of and just then... Sasuke Block it and loses his eyes....

And then yeah u know whats happends but the continiue is not the point in this thread. XD

Yea sasuke gets blind somehow i think Xd

I was gonna say I can see Kakashi going blind, that would be enough for naruto to be in there and Sakura to stand outside weeping.....but Sasuke I have my doubts! Haha

After taking itachi eyes I don't think so.it can be someone else or in other words it can also mean blind with hatred or revenge.maybe madara.

It's plausible, just because he has EMS doesn't mean he can't go blind, Sasuke's eyes could take damage physicaly from lets say the 10 tails, if he were to survive such an attack but his eyes never recovered, it's totally plausible.
