it might? but i don't see how, itachi mastered his tsukuyomi to the extent of controlling S/T within the Genjutsu, where as sasuke hasn't used it much at all, probably only two times...

but the eyes sasuke wields now were once itachi's maybe he could have acquired that same abillity of control over tsukuyomi like itachi's...

off topic: when itachi and sasuke fought, weren't itachi's eyes maxed out??? there was no distinced itachi mangekyo shape after he tanked kirin??? plot hole???
