I don't think Tobi is that stupid. He wouldn't transplant Itachi's eyes into Sasuke because Sasuke will then obtain the powers of Itachi's Susanoo as well, which holds the two legendary items. Also his EMS doesn't look like Itachi's either. So even even Kotoamatsukami wouldn't effect Sasuke. Itachi will be like "If you didn't have my eyes...who's eyes to you have?" I personally think since Madara is dead, Tobi implanted Madara's EMS into Sasuke's fkn eyes yo! and Sasuke gonna pwn Madar like he11
