That's Sasuke's EMS ... but the Triangle part is confusing.... should it be more like this:

both are have to much going on in one design.

This is the one i saw and i liked it, honestly i thought sasuke's would look just as cool but i didn't like the one that sasuke actually has.

That star is what sasuke his ems should have been. Can Make the rest around it black.
The star shape, is influenced by itachi his design, rather than having itachi his black shuriken design appear somewhere on the eye.
