Only Hashi is able to have Mokuton naturally. I never heard of a Kekkei genkai being passed or transplanted.
And that's kind of absurd Sasuke having such feats.

Sasuke doesn't have a Senjutsu Susano'o. There's no hints, confirmations or indications that Kabuto is giving Sasuke his enhancements and DSM. Don't take it too far now.
