Sasuke's durability

Sasuke was and is definitely quite durable. Let's not forget that Bee literally blew his organs apart and yet he still survived long enough to be healed, just like Kisame. The difference was that he was hit by V2 and him V1. A lesser man would have been killed on the spot.

Sasuke's durability has always been pretty high and durable. Off the top of my head, his fight against Naruto at VoTE was the biggest highlight. When Naruto used his first Tail, he smacked Sasuke around, but Sasuke came out of that just fine. Then when he activated CS1, Naruto couldn't even hurt him.

I'm just trying to put some perspective on this, because Neji was knocked out by an uppercut from a much weaker Naruto.

Then at the end of chapter 650, Sasuke, Naruto, and Juugo were all power slammed by Juubito. It left a huge crater in the land. Sasuke and Naruto both stood up shortly after, and just kind've ignored the pain. Then they went PS Kyubi, and smashed.

I'm sure there are many more instances (like taking Raikage's karate chop to the neck, or how he constantly stabs himself/let's himself be stabbed to go for game), but the point is there. Sasuke is deceptively durable.

Unlike Naruto he doesn't have a special cloak to protect him, yet he can still withstand the same blows.

Let me just add on one thing to this thread. Sasuke was thrown by Kaguya. Her powers know no bounds so to withstand a physical attack from her is impressive as well. Agreed with Hashiramas DNA playing a big role in this.

And your logic of paralleling elemental techniques with bodily durability is completely sound.

I'm sure his sage mode is activated and yes the cloak does offer protection. As I remember the alliance tanking attacks using the Kyuubi cloaks.

sage mode and Kyuubi cloak aren't the same thing. Naruto's current look is akin to his KCM not Kyuubi cloak which comes equip with ears and a tail or 9 XD.

This is merely for show that Naruto is in Sage Mode which , yes does provide protection but in the sense you are thinking. I increases his overall durability which is already high due to his Uzumaki lineage. Naruto has tanked some pretty nasty hits himself in base mode. But the body is Naruto's speicalty so it's not so surprising.

But again, Yes Sasuke's durablility has increased a great deal since his recent powerup but that too, is no surprising condiering his speical chakra (Indra) and the type of powerup he got(Rikudo abilities).
