Sasuke's downfall is talking. In his last fights with Naruto, he didn't really talk. He just kicked Naruto's ass. As much as I hate to admit this, but I think Talk no Jutsu is already effect:

The entire theme of Naruto is changing people who couldn't be changed in any real circumstance. Which is why even if Naruto changes Sasuke's, it's just Kishimoto not knowing how to properly end the story without this fairy tail bullshit that would never really happen.
