It seems as if he's fully accepted Naruto back and he's been trying to protect him in this chapter through pure instinct.

Dude seriously, the final fight of the manga being a friendly fight, that would be anti climatic and kill all the emotional development.

No, it showed a cut going through Naruto on the photo, if that were true then why didn't a cut go through Sakura or Kakashi's image.

Besides Sasuke wants to destroy the Tailed Beasts, they are going to fight and it won't be friendly.
