Maybe he won't sacrifice an eye with ems and hashirama chakra maybe that's one of the other power ups of it.

I believe sasuke could use it like danzo until his chakra runs out and his eye will never close. I would love this to be sasuke new power up!!

its probable that he is using a genjutsu.Think about it the crow genjutsu.the way that his apparent death has happened is too remmeniscent of sasukes fight against itachi.At the same time.Its possible hashirama had the same ability to pass on well an ability once again similar to itachi in the form of an eagle instead of a crow..The last possibility is that hashirama gave itaci some of his blood.Its extremely possible.Due to the fact it would explain if he uses izanagi he wouldn't lose an eye.o if this is the case he wont attain Rinnegan either as one must have both uchiha nad uzumaki and senju blood unless the eye is transplanted.
