Did Naruto have an answer for Pain? His answer to Nagato will just keep the world as it is and nothing will change.

At first he was against war on other nations, then he acquired more and more power then he found war and executions necessary, when he became the head of the Committee Of Public Safety, he had put his own people on the guillotine for petty reasons like being unenthusiastic with the revolution, or frowning while a public execution takes place, or not clapping during speeches, etc. which proves the maxim that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely, that is what's currently happening to Sasuke.

Only issue is Hashirama and Naruto both understand that they can't do shit on their own..... That peace requires all people, not just sole individual.. Why do you think Hashirama stated during the First Gokage Meeting, that wars will happen again, but someday he does believe the shinobi world will be united.

They are Ashura's transmigrants for a reason.
Hagoromo chose Ashura instead of Indra and that stared this feud. It later continued with Hashirama siding with Tobirama over Madara which continued the feud.
This time around he decided to give both Ashura and Indra's reincarnates power to end the feud, but Naruto wants to keep everything the same, something that Sasuke doesn't want.
Anyone who doesn't agree with Naruto's ideals are automatically wrong. This is why Naruto was faping to Itachi this chapter.

The only reason why Hashirama and Naruto only believe in hope is because they are powerful. I don't remember Naruto believing in this so called hope when he was declaring to get stronger. At that point, he was not thinking about hope. He was thinking about getting stronger.

Dismay and utter chaos?

Sasuke's answer will lead to that period, people will fight against his rule leading to mass slaughter.

His peace and rule will be filled with death, making his "peace" pointless.

Once the thing that maintains the peace leads to as much death as war does than that peace is just for show, it has no meaning.

The idea of peace is to prevent further death.

What type of answer is that Lol a bad one. Naruto has yet to show any signs of having an solution to peace while Sasuke does. Sasuke wants to start a revolution. He wants to show them what a real kage should be like and he said that before while he was dying after madara stabbed him. Sasuke will show them the actions a hokage is suppose to make and define the role of a hokage or kage. After sasuke dies the role kage will already be defined by sasuke example he has set, with there being peace others will continue to follow this idea of a kage. The only thing wrong with sasuke plan imo is that in the future someone might end up abusing there power and become a tyrant.
