I don't think Itachi sealed the cursed seal per se. The curse seal was a way for Orochimaru to put his chakra into Sasuke, which was partially the way he was resurrected through Kabuto having Orochimaru's chakra inside him. So while Itachi did remove the curse seal, I think a better way to phrase it is Itachi sealed Orochimaru's chakra inside Sasuke.
What the cursed seal showed was that Sasuke was either compatible with the seal, or had a strong enough chakra to withstand it. This may still mean he was compatible, but who knows if Sasuke being able to accept the seal has anything to do with the strength of his chakra or just who he is, it's hard to tell with the way Juugo's natural chakra (the basis for the cursed seal) can still affect Sasuke after the seal has been removed. In some way Sasuke's body is able to receive chakra that is related to the cursed seal.
So there seems to be no evidence that Sasuke cannot be remarked with a cursed seal. However, he far more powerful now, and if the infinite tsukuyomi is lifted he would have Juugo to help him overcome a new seal. He may even be able to resist it by himself now that he has half of the Sage's power.
Of course all of these thoughts are just based on my own understanding of Naruto lore. I may be off on some points.
