Sasuke's Current Taijutsu Skills

According to the Third Databook, Sasuke's taijutsu at the beginning of Part II was a 3.5 and since then Sasuke has shown some impressive feats in Taijutsu such as this moment right here:

Do you guys really think at a guy with a 3.5 in Taijutsu would be able to single handily takedown the highly skilled Samurai of the Land of Iron? Not to mention that these are the same Samurai that Onoki said that a shinobi should never face in combat, Sasuke's taijutsu had to have improved by that time at the Five Kage Summit.

What do you guys think, did Sasuke's taijutsu improve to a 4 or 4.5 at the time of the Five Kage Summit?
