to be honest when i read the manga just now i totally misunderstood it the first time, that why i was wrong, but am i really? is it impratical that to get the sages eyes(rinengan) you need the sharingan plus + senju dna (blood, power,strengh) whatever you wanna call it.

There's entire threads on this, so no, it's not unreasonable as a theory at all. There are people who believe the Rinnegan is the natural evolution of the EMS, and others who believe it requires Hashirama's DNA. I think the most recent author of a thread in the manga section is "Qcks." You'll see it's quite the divisive issue atm.
