[Discussion] Sasuke's condition..

it is just my point of view though, so dont take it personally. and if you agree with me then thats better.

as we all know the most of the uchiha's driving force is "revenge". it was the same in case of madara and sasuke. but as tobirama stated: uchiha's love is greater than senju's love. when they lose the love it turns into stronger hate and changes them.

now to the point, tobirama did mention that their love is too strong that they end up running wild. now, what if that love were to be controlled..? wouldnt that make them strong..? let us assume in obito's/kakashi's case, in the latest chapter we saw kakashi/obito used perfect susano'o. i may be wrong but think of it this way, the reason he pulled perfect susano'o was because it was to protect someone they care about and with just mangekyou sharingan they were able to pull perfect susano's.

now in sasuke's case. he has EMS, 9 tomoe rinnegan, and is indra's successor. as we saw from the moment he joined team 7 in the war he didnt really care much about everyone, he just did his job. and recently he has been showing care towards his team mates a little like supporting sakura and etc. this shows us that he didnt completely accept everyone and still has some lingering feelings of revenge and stuff. now, what if he were to recall tobirama's words and were to control the love..? he would be much stronger and will be able to use his powers to the max. and do you think sasuke has shown his full powers yet..? no right. so im guessing that in the next few chapters he will have a lot of character development and will be able to portray his full powers.

and by the way, im not really a sasuke fan but i couldnt bare to see the bashing threads about sasuke being weak.

Didn't he already controlling the love ? I am sure He hasn't shown his full power yet. I think Sasuke lacks a purpose now . He already know about the truth about Itachi and whole village. He wanted to become hokage now.I think Sasuke's power will only be seen or fully active if hes got something that question his power

Just look at Shisui, he was strong as hell and we could say that his love was under control, just like his dad's was. There's a pretty good chance that Sasuke would be even stronger if he cast away hatred and went Naruto's way. Which, brings me to the topic, he's half-way already doing.

not sure about him controlling the love but he doesnt lack a purpose. im sure his purpose right now is to defeat kaguya and save everyone from IT. he may still have some lingering feelings of revenge for the village for cornering the uchiha and in making itachi kill his kin. maybe when he said he wanted to become hokage, he intends to run the village his own way and take his revenge like that i guess. but thats all in the past, now he has the answer: that in order to defeat kaguya he will need naruto and by combining both of their powers only then they can defeat kaguya.

This is actually a good thread. But I think Sasuke is kind of weaker now because he just doesn't have a goal anymore. When he was an avenger he wanted to become stronger no matter what. I do think that Sasuke's new powers are disappointing compared to Naruto's. Like even Kakashi got a PS.

I think you are missing the point about power scale as of now. As far as Sasuke is concerned, his power is normal right now. He has already achieved everything Uchiha Madara achieved as the strongest Uchiha. As far as Indra is concerned, I bet Sasuke has already exhausted every bit of power that Indra could use.

The question now is the on the power he recieved from Hagoromo, and whatever Kabuto gave him. Now matter how you try to analyse it, Sasuke will still be more than 10 times weaker than Naruto. In a real unbiased combat, Sasuke cannot even start the fight with Naruto for many reasons:

(1) He only have the chakra of an Uchiha while Naruto has the chakra of an Uzumaki
(2) Naruto has the same all the bijus inside him.

Basically, if you discussing Sasuke's power in comparison to Naruto, even greater love will add nothing because Naruto simply has more power than anyone. The only reason Sasuke can even be relevant is that Naruto has not been pissed off enough yet. As you could see last time, Naruto raw speed was able to catch Kaguya out of guard while Sasuke's teleportation couldn't.

Even if you give Kaguya's eye to Sasuke, he will do nothing with it because he does not have the chakra. He will kill himself.

^^^^^this about sums it up, but wishful thinking IMO. That much "character development" in the NV timespan of the remaining war arc would basically be a completely different character.

Nice idea, it seems plausible.
Naruto is going to have to die or something in front of Sasuke or save him and die, resulting in an upgrade. I'm calling it. Naruto pushes Sasuke out of the way and gets absorbed by Kagaya.
