Based on the latest Naruto chapter, 695, Sasuke's Chidori seems to have gotten stronger after receiving half of Hagoromo's chakra. Why do I see it this way? Let's go back to the chapter when Sasuke used Kirin on Itachi. The destructive force destroyed that land structure along with the building which was on it. Here is the scan:

The destructive force was noticeably smaller than that of a Tailed Beast Ball. Now we'll jump to the latest chapter. When Naruto's and Kurama's Tailed Beast Ball hit Sasuke's Chidori, it created a huge explosion. This explosion was caused by BOTH the Tailed Beast Ball and the Chidori. Based on this, I can say that Sasuke's Chidori's destruction is about half of that impact that both attacks created.

My conclusion is Sasuke's Chidori has gotten so powerful, that it is even more powerful than Kirin. I know many of you will disagree with me. This is my conclusion which I've drawn from chapters and also my own understanding of damage. Now lets have a discussion on this matter.

Sasuke wasn't harmed and that means that Chidori managed to block TBB, which is extremely impressive as Chidori was about Rasengan level in part 1.

It was Susanoo chidori so the size of it scaled with Susanoo. So obviously a larger chidori would be stronger than a smaller one, just like Rasengan.

Chidori can be manipulated size and shape-wise. This means Sasuke can make it bigger even if he wasn't in a Susano'o.

You're acting like it was a normal sized Chidori, it was bigger than his Susano'os hand and powered up by the Sage's chakra.

Also he can't, too much power and it harms him too. Think of Sasuke vs Itachi at the inn.

Pretty sure most of what we saw is caused by the TBB not chidori.

The fact kishi had sasuke try to counter a TBB with a damn chidori is pretty stupid of him and seemed very forced simply to recreate the Rasengan vs Black chidori thing that happened back in part 1.

How can people come to the conclusion that the explosion as mostly the TBB when all TBB explosions to this point have been portrayed as completely coloured, whereas all Chidori attacks have been portrayed lightly coloured. The outer part of that explosion being light insinuates it was the chidori, whereas the inner part of the explosion is the TBB. And yes, geometrically, they are about equal in size (or being portrayed as such).
