Like claymore or Death Note, their characters sure not planet busting using strength or energy blest but they has HAX power that can kill DB characters easy.
Same as Naruto, sure in strength department they are mile behind DB even Toriko verse. But still NV has many HAX techniques that can kill or defeat DB characters, Exmple is Sasuke CT that use victim body as a core.
