Sasuke's Chakra?

Is there any specific reason why Sasuke has a large chakra reserve? For Naruto, it's mainly because of his father making the Kyuubi's chakra mix in with Naruto's. But what Sasuke's reason? Itachi didn't have a lot of chakra...So why Sasuke?

Itachi being sick = Low chakra

Therefore he did have low chakra.

the uchiha does not have high amount of chakra..they have powerful chakra..two different things...closet perv explained naruto has a lot more chakra than suske thats why naruto is stil able to keep up with suske even though he wastes more while performing jutsus. thats why in all the battles suske was in he gets tired really quick and more recently he used karin as to refill

Sasuke's chakra levels aint anything special (above average) yet he is able to Spam Ms jutsu's like they cost little to no chakra
