Sasuke's chakra point in his arm being struck will detail some significance later on

Kaguya fired some needles hitting the chakra points of Sasuke's summoning bird, but Sasuke as well, not only that but on the same arm his hand power from Harogomo is at. I believe there is a reason why this was shown, later on down the manga it also showed him taking the needle out. You think this will effect his power down the line?

That's just a mark signifying a sound effect.

yes i think this as well. it spells bad news for Suskeh the sealing jutsu they got from Haggy will not be complete if he cant mold chakra.
