Could've won or . Sasuke could've used Chidori Eiso instead of regarly Chidori. They could've used Sasuke's RinneShift to replace her with a clone already trapped in their seal. Etc. Sasuke and Naruto had plenty of ways to win that fight.

But like I said, they were holding back.
1. Nope. Naruto couldn't have done anything in either of those situations to beat her. No seal=No win. By the time Sasuke got in position to seal her, she would have countered, like she already did.

2. The move he used isn't going to change the fact that Kaguya evaded his speed, with ease. Not to mention no seal=no win.

3. No evidence that they anything can escape once sealed, even if the sealer's are the one using it. Not to mention if they apply the seal to a clone, then switching it out won't do anything as the seal would have been applied. So nope.

They didn't have any opportunity to win until they actually won. Stop saying they were holding back. Its ridiculous to believe that they held back against someone like Kaguya. When winning means saving the world and losing means end of the world and their deaths.

Teleporting to the gravity place was bad. It even affected her.
So? At the end of the day, the whole time they were there, she had the upper hand. Naruto and Sasuke needed Obito's help to survive, Obito ended up dying, and Sasuke still couldn't tag her.

Throwing Sasuke to the desert was bad.
Naruto had to fight by himself for a while, she made her job easier for a while, and Obito, Sakura and Naruto had to expend a lot of chakra just to save Sasuke, who also used a lot of chakra trying to escape, only to no avail....while on the other hand, Kaguya used barely any chakra to do that as the thing that drains her is switching worlds.

The ice and lava places were kind've understandable. Even going to the genesis dimension was bad (only Sasuke was in the air - going to the lava place would've auto-killed everyone else).

Going to the genesis dimension was in no way, shape or form bad. How in the world can you say that when that is the only place where she can gather chakra, something she was low on at the time? Lol. That's where she's her strongest. The Lava dimension wouldn't have killed anyone as Naruto can fly, and he can make clones or save them like he already did.

And insistently spamming the teleportation technique was bad too. It was just an unnecessary drainage of her chakra.

Switching worlds drains her chakra, teleporting around doesn't, not to mention she didn't even spam it. She used it to throw Sasuke into the desert, she retreated there to evade Naruto's clone spam and when she was attacking him with the Nature. And she used it to fire her bones.

If you don't see it as that way, then sure. But Naruto and Sasuke could've finished her off right there. And she has Byakugan, btw.
No, they couldn't have. And how is having Byakugan relevant?

It isn't about taking out the trump card, but that she just wasn't being practical.
She was being practical.

She was just going to blow up the land. I mean, they were literally dimension-hopping moments prior. It honestly wasn't that necessary. They just would've went somewhere else instead.
Kakashi already explained why using Kamui to escape would be useless.

But it is.

If it was Naruto and Sasuke would have taken Kaguya on their own, but they didn't. They needed help all the way until the end.

Sasuke was only glimpsing over his power. But it is the Rinnegan that solidifies this. Sasuke was holding back, and so was Naruto (hell, Naruto didn't even go into his BM mode).
-Naruto already stated that he would stick to diversions and Taijutsu since big attacks would be useless. So no, he didn't hold back, he knew that using his BM Avatar would be pointless. It was stalemating Sasuke's Susanoo, which got raped by Kaguya. The same would have happened to him....though I suppose that he was holding back due to the revelation of his new Asura-esque avatar, but that goes back to his statement. "Big attacks are useless"

-He was trying his hardest with Susanoo and his Rinne Shift, only to fail each and every time. The only way you can even imply that he was holding back, is because of his Rinnegan, even though that is because he wasn't used to it yet, not because he was holding back. His new power doesn't count as he didn't have access to it, so he can't hold it back, the other Rinnegan abilities are something he still hasn't used in his fight with Naruto. Just Rinne Shift and Susanoo.

I guess just because the claw was all focused onto one point, and was strictly impact damage
Makes sense.

Yeah. That's why I keep this strictly to my own speculation. If she did get much stronger and faster, she didn't do anything with it.
And how do you know that?

I just maintain that they weren't going all out. Logically, they should have been. But if they did, then Kishi wouldn't have any more tricks in his bag for their current fight.
No, they tried as hard as they could.

He never said that. At best, it was implied. He also talked about her at 100% chakra, which never existed in his lifetime.

-Naruto asks if she was stronger than him.
-He replies with: "She was strong, stronger than anyone else"

He pretty much answered Naruto's question by saying yes she was stronger than me.

1. How do you know a full power Kaguya didn't exist in his lifetime.

2. Still irrelevant as based on whatever he saw, he said Kaguya was the strongest.

I don't even think he can beat Sage let alone Kaguya.
