Hate isn't necessarry. Everyone know that Sasuke wouldn't/couldn't/shouldn't win.. You know one thing, I haven't seen one Sasuke fan complain about the out come of the fight and I've seen several Naruto fans very upset that he didn't physically beat Sasuke into mercy..
To me, the entire fight was just wrong.

The fact that Sasuke didn't use Petra Ptah from the start to such Naruto's reserves dry or absorb his techniques was extremely rubbish and the pinnacle of Deus Ex Machina for Naruto. He also conviniently forgot about that Avatar collecting NE right under his nose, when Sasuke is that guy who learned how Izanagi worked with slight movement of Danzo's arm, when he checked his eye.

Only delusional fans would deny that Naruto's armour was too damn thick in that fight, which includes Sasuke not using CT at the start, not opting for PP, forgetting about NE when he felt a large amount of NE in the area ... I forgot the list. Naruto's win and Sasuke losing the arm was hilarious. Not to mention his eye conviniently running out of necessary chakra to function. Hilarious.

Nah, the worst thing Sasuke did in their battle was form Kagetsuchi chidori when he could have just waited for Naruto to come in with rasengan again and absorb it. Instead of getting into a clash that resulted In his arm being destroyed.

Kishi restricted Sasuke by plot in that fight for sure when the clash started, kurama stated he had Hago like proficiency with the rinnegan, but yet can't absorb and cast ninutsu at the same time because he just got the eye?

Sasuke clearly stated that he was starting to get use to using his eyes after fighting with Kaguya. The two rinnegan techniques you stated (chibaku and preta path) are both easier to learn than ripping a man soul and using the King of Hell technique. Yoroi a lowly genin could've done a weak version of preta path. With time I do agree, I believe he would master it. NAGATO spent a lifetime getting use to the Rinnegan, and you expect Sasuke to master it in about 5-6 hours.
