Well I'll have to say nope to you then as well. The sage said both of them putting seals together will work because Naruto has the tailed beasts chakra and Sasuke has the Rinnegan.

Sasuke has both if he needs to. Sasuke needs Naruto if Naruto can save the Bijuu however.

sasukes only hope is too take out naruto before he has to recharge his eye. once naruto sees sasuke needs to recharge. he gonna pounce on the opportunity to release the tailed beast. which then sasuke has no chance because like the sosp said naruto is a meeting place for all the beast, which hints at the fact that narutos last powerup is the ten tail jin
