So, I was doing some thinking last night about whether Sasuke was present during Sarada's birth and I've concluded that he was and that he was present for the first few years of her life, at least up until she was learning how to walk--hence this suppressed memory:

Then, poor Sarada seems to have woken up one day and is like, "mom, where's dad?".....Sasuke never said goodbye when he left for his mission!

Is it possible that he never said goodbye because he was scared the loss would've awakened her sharingan?

Would that have been a bad thing?

No...just no...

Kids don't understand time, nevermind the significance of such a long goodbye.

If anything. The rage from the unexplained leaving gave her the sharingan.

Sasuke: I have to go away for a long time baby girl.
Sarada: Okay Papa. I see you later! *smile and a kiss on the cheek*

Would've gone something like that ^

Makes no sense because sasuke seemed proud when he realized she did awaken her sharigan also sasuke still loves the uchiha name why wouldn't he want his daughter to carry on that name and sarada would only unlock stronger eyes if she sees someone she loves hurt and about to die and that's not gonna happen

I think you're looking too far into it. And lets be honest, Sasuke was never that in touch with his feelings since he got brain jacked.

Awakening Sharingan is not a bad thing, especially with the way Sarada did it, which was on positive emotions, the excitement of reuniting with her dad.

All these responses make sense and I completely agree with them.....I'm just trying to make the sh*t add up man......so he's really just a bad parent then. Ok thanks for your feedback. LOL
