I now truly understand Sasuke and why he got talk no jutsued and why it took so LOOONG.
This Anime episode has done a superb job in showing Sasukes hurt and lonely heart in contrast to Narutos ability and desire to make bonds and never giving up on Sasuke.
I already had an Idea but this episode made it crystal clear.
Naruto was meant to be the brother to stand in the gap for Itachi. Team 7 was supposed to be his new family, and from then on the whole village would be his friend.
He was so afraid of making new bonds because he couldnt let go of his revenge. And it made it even worse that he wanted to kill his own brother. He couldnt get a new family for the family he refused to lay to rest.
But who could blame him? Thats why this episode was so good to me because out of all the villians, Sasuke is the sole one who REALLY deserves a second chance. And with seeing how Sasuke had continuous pitch black darkness behind him while Naruto continuously made new bonds beside him. It was a beautiful thing but I was like cmon Sasuke you're the only one left to save.
I truly can empathize with Naruto and Sasukes brotherly bond. I would go to death for my brother too. Great Job Studio Perriot. Little late, but great job.
