On the evidence shown so far, Sasuke could NOT beat Naruto with the ems. As impressive as the Amaterasu frisbees are, Naruto's speed in bijuu mode is way too fast to catch with that. Also, just because his Susanoo has a cloak doesn't mean it's defense has increased massively. The differences between the various Susanoo's we've seen aren't a case of different levels, just aesthetic choices by Kishi. Itachi's had a cloak without the ems, and it looked most human too (We can assume Sasuke's is stronger at this point, apart from the legendary items Itachi has). Madara's was more monstrous, to match his personality. Sasuke's is dark, but not as inhuman looking as Madara's.

So at this point, it's foolish to state Sasuke is stronger than these other characters. There's no real evidence to support it. It's likely he will surpass Itachi and Madara, if only to keep his rivalry with Naruto interesting and live up to his role in ending the Uchiha/Senju rivalry

Naruto beat the powers of the Rinnegan before, when he only had Sage Mode, why wouldn't he be able to do it with Bijuu Mode? And Naruto was given the 7 beast's will or something like that in 572. But still, Sasuke with the Rinnegan would probably be equal with Naruto.

I doubt he would even know how to use it. Nagato had it for decades and was using it to its full extent, yet Naruto took out the first five Pain bodies. Sasuke having it for a few minutes (days at max) would be nothing in comparrison.

Truth is we don't know how strong Susano'o really is. We have seen it deflect physical attacks and lighting, sand, lava, etc. (elemental attacks), but we have not (I might be mistaken) seen it deflect a pure chakra attack, like, say for example, a Tailed Beast Bomb.

What I'm trying to say is we would need to see the whole saga completed to do a fair comparison of strenghts and weaknesses.

Naruro pops into Kyuubi mode. Makes it last as long as he can. Meanwhile, he sends three Shadow Clones away from the battle to take in Sage chakra and one Sage Clone to fight along side him. When Kyuubi Mode disperses, he'd have at least fifteen minutes and six Rasenshurikens to take out his opponent. Sasuke would probably run out of Chakra by then. I still stand by my hypothosys that Naruto having Flying Thunder God Technique would be perfect for his fight against Sasuke. His eyesight might not deplete, but he still has a reserve ammount of chakra--not even close to that of Narutos. Kurama's chakra, pluus Sage chakra, plus his chakra, verses dodging everything Sasuke has with Flying Thunder God Technique.

Oh, yes. You hit the nail on the head, my friend. In all honesty, Naruto just needs Sasuke to run out of Chakra to get the upper hand. Sasuke's jutsu might be powerful, but they still take up just as much chakra as the power of the techniques.

Well, he used a jutsu to detain the fox--one that belonged only to the Sage of the Six Paths--without even knowing it; as if it was automatic and out of instinct.
I in no way beleive that Naruto will become the next Sage of the Six Paths. I do, however, see many resemblances. One can only speculate what Kishi has in store for us
