differences : the Sasuke's Susanoo is the Ultimate version : it has that cloak around it !
Madara's ; it doesn't.
Sasuke's Susanoo has the same cloak ; and Absolutly NO ONE could break through this Ultimate version, and no Witnesses about the possibility to break it :
The Weak points Of susanoo are covered ! the back is Shielded
the only weak point of the Ultimate susanoo is IF the ground on wich the user stands is controlable by the opponent !
so we can come to Conclusion : Ultimate susanoo > Final version Susanoo
thus : Itachi & sasuke's susanoos > Madara' s
b) amaterasu :
as we can See : sasuke now can Use the Amaterasu's Black flames WITHOUT a bleeding Eye :

so the contributing factor that helped A to avoid the Amaterasu (the bleeding eye ) is no more ! thus, the Amaterasu that forms in the exact focused spot of the user's eye ; is some sort of the deadliest weapon in Sasuke' s arsenal. (If he can Use it with NO bleeding eye)
c) Genjutsu :
even though we still know nth about Sasuke's genjutsu ! still we can have a conjecture : All of the other abilities are improved so we can guess the genjutsu has improved as well ; but we still have no limits for it .
Conclusion : Sasuke ; as an Uchiha who has EMS, actually surpassed the ancestors and maybe is kind of near to Itachi's level : We all know itachi is the one who improoved the most the Sharingan and The MS use, so even if sasuke got stronger than itachi : it's fair to consider that Itachi could 've been the Absolute Caracter if he only didn't HAVE to Die !
