Just like A. Naruto has more than enough speed to do that. You dont have to watch directly into somebodys eyes to see blood on their face. In speed:
KM Naruto > Raikage Raiton level 2
BM Naruto > KM Naruto
Naruto > Amaterasu.

I believe suigetsu is stronger then most people think. I think he could alot but just not given the effort. i mean he barely did anything to take out jugo and he could of killed him if he wanted. and i bet he would be a hard to fight but he is also very lazy and NEEDS water to sustain himself. but i like him as a character and i relate to his lazyness.. its also cool how he is able to make parts of his body bigger. and is able to regenerate fast .

Suigetsu does have more to offer than what we have seen. I would argue that he is stronger than all of the konaha ninja around the same age group....not near the levels of naruto or sasuke though...unless he has something huge up his sleeve but thats doubtfull

I agree he is underrated. Also if he hopes to claim the Samehada then he must be pretty powerful and have a lot of chakra. He must know this as he knows all about the 7 swords. Alternatively he could just be stupid.
