Its stupid to criticize others based on your opinion of what good character development was, you're wasting your and other's time.

That was a rhetorical question which didn't need a reply but your reply makes it clear you didn't even read that properly.

Being neutral is all nice and lovely but I didn't mean about being a fanboy. I meant if you liked the character enough to pay attention to exactly what's going on in the panel or just skim over it.

What irritates me is presence of people in this section who spend less than a minute in reading the chapter and yet think they are qualified enough to give their critique. Now that's arrogant and rude towards the writer and makes their criticism invalid in my opinion.

I'm allowed to critique the critiques posted. If you find it a bad character development give your reasons for it. I would like to see a panel where Sasuke's expression reflected arrogance in that chapter. ^^

I don't think he'd be averse to getting his arm back later... It just seems that he was ready to begin the 'box paneled' thoughts throughout 699. You also get the hint that those thoughts have come full circle and that his journey is over, or that at least he's gotten through his demons. So the arm wouldn't be off bounds, but Kishi is just leaving that one up in the air. Either that, or he needs a reason for him to utilize only one arm in The last.

I believe kishi left it unanswered in 700 on purpose.

If you believe he needs to repent more you can say he doesn't have an arm.

If you believe he's repented enough you can say the arm is there

From you. I didn't mean it in a fanboy sense, assumptions. Obviously, every word from both of them. Yes, in your opinion which can be ruled out as invalid to others.
However I also agree, but that can be justifiably any thread based merely on someone's opinion.

And you obviously didnt read my post correctly, you see I didnt refute your statement for I agree that there was no arrogance on Sasuke's part. But guess what? You are still wasting your time.

Not sure what manga you are reading but Sasuke dropped his arrogance after the end result of his clash with naruto. the sasuke in last 3 chapters was certainly not arrogant but felt some guilt of his past actions hence he undertook his road to redemption by exploring the outside world. As for his arm, he wil get an artificial one.
