Sasuke's arm still gone?

Kishi is making whether sasuke has his dominant arm one of the many mysteries of the gaiden series. Sasuke wasn't required to use his other arm(if he has it) during his skirmish with the sharingan boy. In fact, sasuke improved his weaving jutsu seals skill to the point of only needing 1 arm or else he would have had to drop his sword and use both hands to weave seals. In order to make a logical deduction we would need to see sasuke with out the cloak or have his other other arm shown to us.

Oh sorry got them mixed up. But Sarada has never met her dad. Wouldn't that mean he hasn't been back to the village since the end of 699? I mean it doesn't mean he doesn't have a new arm. As I stated above perhaps he found another means during his travels, or even as Songbird Supreme mentioned, maybe he just uses Asura path when he needs another arm...or 3 XD

but yes I agree with you nothing is confirmed so who's to say.

Not necessarily, he could've left when she was still too young to remember. But depends on what Kishi will pull out of his ass from now on.

He can just grow another one with Asura right?

True but it would be a constant drain on his chakra

He is so powerfull right now that he fights only using his eyes. Susanoo, genjutsu, Rinnengan powers, his arm is useless.

He can just use Asura path and it won't be any diff for him. I mean he doesnt need to launch rockets or etc all he need to summon his mech arm and just use it for seal nothing special. Last i saw from Sasuke they fight like few days, almost died, then immobilize all Tailed beast and Sealed all of them in same time. So he doesn't need replacement arm like Naruto. Even Hashirama Arm is more risky than using Asura path too, look at Danzo.
