If sasuke were to look through a telescope, see a tree 3.5 miles away, would the telescope burn too?

My opinion is no, sasuke's amatersu appears where he targets, it isn't a continious stream from point A to B, this would mean that he can use a eye sight magnifier.

In this possibility, would sasuke be able to use a microscope to ignite fire on a cellular level?

Amatersu is based off sight, so again, he could technically do this, No?

Amaterasu manifest at focal point, not flies from the eyes.
Sasuke doesnt need telescope for 3.5 miles. He has superior vision and can even see nano sizes clearly.
Another interesting thing is that even in the air during flight amaterasu grows.
U can create amaterasu 1 meter away then during 3.5 mile flight huge black flame cyclone gotta hit the target
