Sasuke's Amaterasu is weaker than Itachi's

Itachi's Amaterasu can follow its target (like what Itachi did to sasuke) but Sasuke's Amaterasu is a direct hit which means the amaterasu flame can only hit a still target

This. Sasuke managed to "evolve" amaterasu, developing enton. Sasuke's amaterasu doesn't seem to "follow" because sasuke doesn't keep looking to the target. If you pay attention, itachi uses amaterasu and follows the oponnent with his eyes, thus amaterasu keeps following the target. The people sasuke used amaterasu agaisnt were either easily hit by it or had a great speed, too great for sasuke to follow(raikage). Besides, if you want to prove anything(which you have shown many times you can't) use manga scans. Nobody has to remember every detail.
