I have come to the conclusion that Sasuke has been so useless because he is a close Combat fighter...time and time again we see him attempt to get close to kaguya....kaguya is his weakness she is long range ..if you can remember think of the madara fight...he was alot more useful.

But i don't understand where his arrows and yasaka Magatama are.. He could use them and if he was smart he could throw shuriken all around the battlefield and use his variation of FTG to get close to kaguya...or maybe even have Naruto spam clones and when one grabs her he could switch places

It doesn't matter that she's small compared to susanoo that should actually make it easier for him to deal damage it's not like he's missing she's just blocking it and sasuke didn't hit her when she was on the ground either sasuke just isn't up to the challenge he's always been all talk to me if he can't hurt Kaguya next chapter he should be killed off
