Sasuke had no one to teach him about the Rinnegan,and learned how to use it's powers in battle as soon as he got it yet he lands multiple hits on the 2nd syrongest guy in history - Madara with his "Underwhelming swapping" Which clearly impressed/surprised Madara.

Sasuke had the Rinnegan for a a couple hours yet he uses CT on a higher scale than Nagato did despite having it for DECADES.He made the target itself the core instead of using Black Orbs.
With the RinneSharingan,Sasuke was able to get all Bijuu in Genjutsu from a single glance ,then capture them all with CT with absolute ease.

Eh as for MS abilities, Sasuke did piggyback off of Itachi quite a bit, but Madara has no known MS ability that's unique. Only MS ability that was unique to Sasuke was blaze control-I think. As for rinnegan, there were only two-three to really compare, and at that Sasuke had the unique rinne shift.

Well it was unique, but it kinda threw me off that Kishi would give the MC such a fairly weak ability. Though it is very useful, it does not feel like it is on a Rinnegan level of importance. Rinnegan is like... the strongest thing after all. And Sasuke's switch-teleport, feels just a slightly better verions of Body-flicker or something. And definitely weaker than downgraded MS Kamui or prolly Thunder God.

I do agree that Sasuke's MS ability was rather lackluster in comparison to the others. I mean Obito got the famous Kamui, Itachi and Shisui got OP genjutsu, while Sasuke got the ability to control Ama freely.

As for the rinnegan thing, it is pretty good but it still is a shame that Kamui (a MS ability) is comparable if not superior.

Instead of giving Sasuke some sort of exclusive ability of a different realm and nature like Kamui, Kishi just gives Sasuke just Itachi mimicks. It is slightly different, but exactly what I don't find unique about his MS, and hence found his power-ups as dull.

He uses Susano'o to perform the Amaterasu Arrows,and Amaterasu orbs so there's no strain on his eyes.

Using Amaterasu Arrows while Susano'o is already activated is probablu faster than doing normal Amaterasu with his eyesight,the same for orbs if he's shooting one at a time rather then loading up a few then shooting.

The only thing Itachi had was Amaterasu he didn't have Amaterasu Susano'o,Arrows,or Orbs.

And you said Sasuke's MS/EMS was lacking unique design and compared him to other while downplaying him,yet Sasuke has shown more unique design than the others as you can see above.
