Of course he improved his Sharingan via training , and Sasuke is only 16-17 years old , so do you think that he can still improve it or the Sharingan has a limit ?

Sasuke is the best 3 tomoe users, best amaterasu user, best kenjutsu user, best lightning user, best summoning user (he can switch and no other person has shown that).

In the show they're still technically just 16 when they were 15 when Shippuden started. But Sasuke probably might improve further to a degree, his is the second ever Uchiha to attain the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. Sooooooo with training his skill might become even more advance.

Sasuke can keep up with Raikage with his 3 tomoe, not MS, I'm starting to think MS and EMS loose the ability to see the moves coming. When raikage appeared behind him he used amaterasu.

Well Sasuke's reflexes against Lee were poor but now he is on a completely different level , and bear in mind that he is still 16 years old.

I think 6 tail Bee is Sharingan's limit, because he wasn't able to capture a glimpse of Rikudito..

I don't think it has much to do with improvement or not. When was he not able to follow something with the sharingan? Yeah when he didn't have the 3T, there was something he couldn't follow.
It's not so much about, what he can follow with it, it's more about whether or not he can keep up with what he follows.
