With that logic, VOTE should go to Naruto due to the fact that Naruto was no where near 100% due to taking on Kimimaro prior to taking on Sasuke (for the record, I do believe Sasuke won the VOTE fight, I'm just stating what your logic is stating)

Sasuke wasn't also at 100% health since being in that box and fighting the sound 4 alone

Naruto wasn't at 100% when Sasuke neg diffed him when they first met in P2 either, but in the court of certain ppl's opinions it counts as a loss just the same. There are sounds and dialogue that indicate a struggle being when Sasuke got tied up. So technically it was still a fight, even if the scale was rather miniscule.

Hospital Fight: I'll call that a draw. A winner was never determined but if I had to choose sides I probably would've given it to Naruto. Kakashi had to stop the fight but even he himself said that if they would've clashed and Naruto hadn't been careful Sasuke would've died. So that is a draw.

VoTE: The majority of evidence points to Sasuke as the winner. Sasuke was the one that walked away standing and Naruto failed in his mission so this fight goes to Sasuke.

Orochimaru's Den: I'll give that one to Sasuke because if he had used Kirin, it would've been game over. Once again, an interference but had the fight gone on Sasuke would've won.

Bridge: Once again that's a tie. No real winner determined. A lot of people are saying that Sasuke wasn't at 100% but to me that's quite frankly BS considering the fact that at VoTE Naruto wasn't at full power because of his run in with Sound 4 and at Orochimaru's Den Naruto wasn't at full power because of his run in with Orochimaru and going 4 tails. Furthermore, Tobi interrupts the fight. So I'll have to make this one a tie.

This leaves the total at 2 wins for Sasuke and 2 draws which could've very easily turned into wins for Naruto if they were not interrupted.

there was sounds of a struggle, Naruto told Sasuke to stop resisting, and he still ended up getting tied up. Sasuke struggling is proof that he was aware of what was happening, even if Naruto decided to wait until his guard was down to make his attempt. Sasuke did the same exact thing to Orochimaru, but Sasuke fanboys will never hesitate in chalking it up him owning Orochimaru all the same. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

Your view on he VOTE is a little off. "Sasuke got more hits?" No sir, when naruto went kyuubi cloak he got all those hits back. They were even and idk how many times I have to point this out. Sasuke was going for the win while naruto was aiming to scratch his headband. That fight should also be a tie.

That is complete utter bs. Naruto lost the battle not because he didn't beat Sasuke but irregardless he allowed himself to be hit and nearly killed.

The roof top fight was a stalemate in Sasuke's favor because even though Naruto had the collateral damage, it hasn't helped him out since then: and if I remember correctly Sasuke was literally in the hospital as a patient. But this isn't even a legit fight.

At the bridge, Sasuke gad an amazing display if raw power I would love to see again. He showed there that he had surpassed Kakashi any that Sasuke doesn't just rely on sharingan. He also showed that his overall skill in chidori surpassed Kakashi being that he didn't need sharingan to use chidori. This is the 2nd legit fight, and while Sasuke was the technical winner, neither suffered much damage regardless
Of the "poison" that had lame effects.
