i agree with OP about the hospital and bridge encounters between them being draws. Those 2 encounters could just as well have ended up with Naruto being the winner. If we're going by what was said/or someone's reaction, someone could use that logic to argue that Naruto beat Sasuke at the hospital. And Sasuke lost the ability to use/maintain his Susano'o due to being almost completely blind by the time Naruto crossed paths with him at the Blue Samurai Bridge. The chances of him beating Naruto wasn't looking good at all.

With that logic, VOTE should go to Naruto due to the fact that Naruto was no where near 100% due to taking on Kimimaro prior to taking on Sasuke (for the record, I do believe Sasuke won the VOTE fight, I'm just stating what your logic is stating)

a near completely blind Sasuke with no ability to use a Susano'o was practically defenseless. Stop kidding yourself. Itachi had already shown that in the right set of circumstances, it is easy for someone who is almost completely blind to get hit by atks they would've otherwise have been able to avoid w/o a Susano'o. Even with Naruto's limited ability with SM at the time, the truth is that Sasuke was actually fortunate that a Zetsu clone was watching and acted when it did.
