Sasuke "won" the fight between him and Naruto, however he lost so much more. He told Naruto he won't even lay a scratch on his head before, and that's exactly what happens when the fight finishes. That's a reminder that although you are winning, you're leaving getting proved wrong. That Narutos power is right on par with yours, and you know damn well you hate that more than winning the fight. When Naruto layed on the floor, Sasuke stood above him.Why didn't he kill him? He said the words "Naruto...I..." And collapsed above him, only to watch Naruto with his eyes closed- a artistic way of saying the thing you want most is right in front of you.
HE WILL SUBMIT
The upcoming fight between him and Naruto is the turning point for him. All the built up feelings he held inside for Team 7 will erupt. First, they will fight though. Kishi will make sure to feed the fans what they want before making Sasuke realize he cannot defeat Naruto and that the people around him care very much for him- then he will convert. Sasuke will break down to Naruto and confess he wants to keep the bonds!BALLS
Sasuke will finally develop sexual functions in his body post-fight. He will realize that Sakura has been begging for years with open legs. This will create a birth to his child, and he will announce Naruto as godfather.
