Well if you recall the little chat they had after sasuke defeated Danzo, Naruto said if they fought, they would both die.

What this says to me is that if Naruto had to he would risk his life and take sasukes as well in order to protect peace. Despite everything sasuke has done I think Naruto still feels there is some good left in sasuke. But he will not jeopardize peace..even if it kills them both.

This is also what I think. Naruto will protect the village at all costs. Even if it means killing Sasuke...or perhaps, it will turn out that Naruto favors Sasuke over the village? I also had another thought, maybe Naruto would kill Sasuke and then kill himself?It seems unlikely but not impossible. Another option is, Sasuke dies and in his last moments, realizes his mistakes... there are many outcomes and honestly, besides Kishi, who knows?

No, I can't see him being able to kill Sasuke. He considers him as his best friend and does everything he can to bring him back. I doubt he would be able to kill him, even if Sasuke did something horrible.
