Sasukebase speed is faster than Narutobase speed and Minato?

Only to serve as a distraction. When Sasuke tagged Naruto it pretty much proved that Naruto can't actually react as quick to ameno as some people claim. If Sasuke in past was slower than Naruto back then and managed to tag him with Ameno now that they are the same speed Sasuke can do more than tag him.
Well, in base and with Shunshin Sasuke was faster than Naruto and Minato more faster than both.
Naruto with Kurama reached Minato speed with Shunshin in the war. But Sasuke was far far slower than both.
Now, that Hagoromo gave them half and half of his remaining power they got boosted. Soo in there base form they now have Rikudou Chakra and we know that is is very powerful, look at Madara when he retured to live again, he blitzed Naruto with SM, something that Edo Third Raikage couldn't do.
Now we know how strong this chakra is. But even Madara barely reacted in time to avoid Edo Tobirama sneak attack. Minato is far faster.
Son in base, Sasuke will be faster than Naruto, but Naruto still has his Kurama power, so that makes Naruto even more faster. But Sasuke has amenotejikara.
So, its Naruto >>> Sasuke >= Minato.
Even the Databook categories Minato as the fastest ninja ever live after the fourth war. So the gap between Sasuke and Minato isn't that much what you think. Maybe the Databook was taking about no ninja with PU.
